And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it

I never lose sight of the fact that just being is fun.
Iv decided to go as Postman Pat for Halloween my friend Kat is going to be Jess. I'm thinking of wearing skinny dark blue jeans, a blue blazer and a blue baker boy hat. A neo chic version if you will. It shall be a fusion of Pat, Marlene Dietrich and Katharine Hepburn I'm planning to strut around the place and every ten seconds or so pose with a few letters Vogue style.
The last day me and my friends were discussing the importance of children's programmes, its quite amazing all the hidden messages you can find in kids shows. How they suddenly become the only centering act of your week. And then she showed me this link. Rock on Clifton \''/

Whooooosh! I can feel the waves of neglect from my poor blog. For shame.
Unfortunately part of the baggage of third year law is my inability to have any type of life without feeling guilty.
But enough of my complaining. I absolutely adore She and Him it makes me feel all whimsical and 60s, like I could prance around the place with a broken heart and a rocking vintage outfit. Front woman Zooey Deschanel is rather enchanting plus she starred in Almost Famous which is one of those movies that is absolutely acceptable to love.
Her style is rather unusual, theres a fine line between frills and bows and looking like a giant five year old, yet Deschanel seems to accept and conquer the challenge. I guess Zooey Deschanel has a certain amount of credibility to pull off her look, its never just about the clothes but the larger picture, the spirit of the look. Self penned as French New Wave shes so effortlessly chic and cosmopolitan and looks like she was born in a carnival or on the grounds of Woodstock. Plus I quite love the fact shes a big fan of black tights. Cute frocks are paired with bows and flowers to give her a dreamy vintage vibe, yet a sensibility that perhaps is lacking in the rock trash world of Rihanna and Kesha.
I'm quite intrigued to see where Deschanel takes her look next.
